PAM TOWLES

Pam is starting her 19th year with Norma’s Tax Service! She has the heart of a teacher and receives tremendous satisfaction from interacting with her clients. Every client situation is different. Finding every tax advantage available for each individual client is important to her. She knows when you understand that “documentation means deductions” you may keep records to keep more of your money.  Pam is detail-oriented and is a tax planning expert.  She really enjoys seeing the reaction from her clients when they implement a plan together and have taken the steps to achieve success.

Pam came to Norma’s Tax Service after a career at the IRS. Her background as a tax examiner and a certified instructor at the IRS, as well as a business owner herself, equips her with the experience and strategic approach for assisting clients. You will find service beyond just preparing and filing your taxes. She maintains her AFSP and IRS Preferred Preparer standing.

Pam is a wife, mom, grandmother and woman of faith. In her off time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling with her husband (the beach is her favorite!) and being with friends and family.  You will enter her office as a client and leave as a friend.
